John Mavar made a motion that the Northwest San Pedro Neighborhood Council provide a sponsorship of $2500 to the Shakespeare by the Sea Program. The motion was seconded by Bonnie Easley and passed by 10 yes votes, 0 no votes, 2 abstentions.
