May 12, 2008 - Motion for PCAC By-Laws Amendment Re:  Quorum

The NWSPNC Board voted unanimously to have the PCAC rep vote yes on the following By-Laws Amendment:  Section 501.  Quorum.  A minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the current number of voting members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum for purposes of conducting the business of the Committee at regular or special meetings.  A majority of members shall constitute a quorum and who must be present for business to be legally conducted.  The quorum refers to the number of such members present, not to the number actually voting on a particular question.
