October 8, 2007 -Motion Re:  LADWP 2007-2008 Proposed Revenue Increases and Rate Modernization

The following motion was presented by John Mavar:  The NWSPNC opposes any rate increases as proposed by DWP on June 5, 2007, and accepts the Letter of Resolution of September 3, 2007 presented by the Oversight Committee.  The motion was seconded by John Stammreich.  14 yes votes, 0 no votes. Motion passed unanimously.
