Dear Stakeholder,

The City of Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation sincerely appreciates your participation in the development of the Solid Waste Integrated Resources Plan (SWIRP). As we near the completion of the Phase 2 Facility Plan, your continued involvement is needed as we examine several scenarios that combine all of the policies, programs and facilities that you have told us are
needed to achieve Zero Waste for the City of Los Angeles. This is where "the rubber meets the road" and we need your help.
