Vincent Thomas Bridge Deck Replacement Project comment period extended to July 10.

The deck of the Vincent Thomas Bridge is rapidly deteriorating due to concrete fatigue caused by heavy truck traffic. Caltrans is proposing the Project to replace the entire bridge deck and seismic sensors of the bridge to preserve the bridge’s structural integrity and to enhance the bridge’s overall safety. The public is invited to participate by providing comments.
