Draft South Bay Area Plan (SBAP) Documents Available for Public Review
The draft SBAP, draft implementing ordinance, draft West Carson TOD Specific Plan, and draft Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) are available for public review starting today May 6, 2024. The public review period will be open for 60 days, through July 8, 2024.
The project team encourages you to review these documents and provide comments and feedback so that we can amend the drafts as needed before presenting the project to the Regional Planning Commission (RPC) in October 2024.

Draft Proposed Land Use and Zoning Maps
The draft proposed land use and zoning maps are available for review on our project website. These maps are being released in preparation for rezoning letters that will be mailed out at the end of this month.
Additionally, we have an Interactive Map available if you would like to review information about the proposed changes through an online mapping application. You can scroll around, zoom in or out, or use the search feature to find a property by address.
