“The mission of the Youth and Outreach Committee is to engage, collaborate and partner with stakeholders to promote the mission of the Northwest San Pedro Neighborhood Council. Our goals to achieve this mission objective are to: Inform, Network, Listen, Motivate and Involve the community of Northwest San Pedro.”
