• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by November 8, 2021.

• Commitments include a monthly Board Meeting, participation in at least one Committee, activities and outreach events.

• Applicants must live or own property in the Averill area as shown on the Neighborhood Council map nwsanpedro.org/map. This is a very irregular area, roughly that portion of the City of LA bounded by 7thStreet and 9th/Miraleste Dr on the North, Leland on the East, Western and the City Boundary on the West, and 18th Street on the South with a jog south on Weymouth to 19th Street west to Western.
